The Spanish Association of Scientific Experts in Tourism will celebrate on November 12 and 13, 2020 the XXI edition of the tourism congress.

Aquest congrés s'havia to celebrate Salamanca, but degut the pandemic es va fer in online format.

In Gaspar Berbel Giménez, member of the Aptabel group and professor-researcher at the EUMediterrani university (attached to the UdG), he will present a communication on creativity-innovation in the restaurant sector, entitled "CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION IN RESTORATION. EFFECTS AND CONSEQUENCES OF COVID-19 ".

Give a prospective perspective post COVID-19, and from the current situation, it will talk about what creativity and innovation is, how they have addressed these concepts in restoration, with articulation of the creative processes in the marketing field i the xarxes of relations with the clients. It will also review innovative experiences, with the Bullifundation proposals, the phenomenon ghost or dark kitchens, els influencers dins el món de la cuina, the effect of the cuina programs on TV, the co-creation… between d'altres.
